About Dr. Legiec
Proven track record
Dr. Irene A. Legiec is a proven engineering and operations leader with expertise in manufacturing process improvements. She has a passion for professional development, servant leadership, and customer focus, and excels at working with diverse teams. With over 30 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing and renewable energy sectors, she has extensive experience in manufacturing technology management, operations leadership, capital project management, continuous improvement, and SHE leadership roles. This uniquely positions her to serve the needs of a range of industry clients.
Dr. Legiec is currently the Vice-Chair of the Management Division of AIChE, and the former Programming Chair for the division. In her role, she collaborates across the AIChE community to foster knowledge and dialogue at all levels of the organization. She also volunteers for The Delaware Center for the Inland Bays and is a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee. She currently is an advisor for InRoot.io and Atlanticum Advisors.
