Proven track record

Dr. Irene A. Legiec is a proven engineering and operations leader with expertise in manufacturing process improvements. She has a passion for professional development, servant leadership, and customer focus, and excels at working with diverse teams. With over 30 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing and renewable energy sectors, she has extensive experience in manufacturing technology management, operations leadership, capital project management, continuous improvement, and SHE leadership roles. This uniquely positions her to serve the needs of a range of industry clients.

Dr. Legiec is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has conducted multiple large-scale projects, set the strategy for business organizations, and drove to improve business performance. She has a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at Rutgers University, and holds U.S. Patent 5,282,938, for the “Process for Recovery of Trace Metals and Salts from Waste Combustion Residues”.

  • Drove Continuous Improvement initiatives across 15 Energy from Waste facilities ($194M+ EBIDTA), as well as the metals recycling business, generating $7.5M in productivity.
